Choir students will usher in warmer days with their Spring Concert May 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.
The concert will feature a wide variety of musical styles.
“We are performing one of our songs, a spiritual piece, from our competition show,” sophomore Samuel Duling said. “We are also doing a Spanish choral piece that is a lot of fun. Plus, another one of composer Eric Whitacre’s songs like Cloudburst from our fall show.”
Not only does the concert promise a wide variety of genres, but also talented vocals.
“All of our choirs are really good this year,” choir director Kevin Manley said. “Overall this is one of the best groups we’ve had in the last couple of years. They’re very talented.”
